Sample 7-Day Bali Itinerary
This is one version of the 7-day trip. Your itinerary is redesigned around your preferences before you confirm — more wellness, less driving, add a yacht day, skip Ubud altogether. The template exists so you know what's possible.
VIP Fast Track on arrival at Denpasar Airport (DPS). Private Alphard transfer to your 5-star villa in Canggu. Private chef welcome dinner at your villa — Balinese tasting menu with wine pairing. Early night to reset.
Morning transfer to Ubud. Tegallalang Rice Terraces at the best light. Luwak coffee tasting at a family-run plantation. Balinese water blessing ceremony at Tirta Empul. Check in to jungle resort (Mandapa or similar). Dinner at Locavore or Mosaic.
Pre-dawn departure with a private guide (2h trek, moderate). Sunrise at 1,717m with volcanic coffee and eggs cooked in steam vents. Return for late breakfast and spa recovery. Afternoon at Campuhan Ridge Walk or Monkey Forest (skip-the-line).

For first-time luxury travelers, we recommend 7 days minimum. Ten days is ideal if you want to add Nusa Penida or a yacht charter extension to Komodo. Under 5 days feels rushed given Bali traffic and the distances between regions like Ubud and Uluwatu.

The dry season from April to October offers the most reliable weather — clear skies, calm seas for Nusa Penida and yacht days, and comfortable humidity. July-August is peak (premium pricing). May, June, and September are the sweet spots: dry, quieter, better value.
Bali is one of the safest destinations in Southeast Asia for luxury and family travel. Our chauffeurs are vetted and background-checked, all vehicles are insured and GPS-tracked, and for HNWI guests we offer discreet security escort and medical concierge via our sister brand.
Flights are not included, but our concierge assists with booking business/first class routing, private jet charter, and visa processing. Most nationalities get Visa on Arrival (30 days). For longer stays or KITAS/KITAP, our visa services team handles the full application.
We require a 30% deposit to confirm the booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. Flexible rescheduling up to 14 days before arrival. Full cancellation terms are shared in your formal quote. We accept international wire transfer, Wise, and credit card via secure link.
