Obligations of the First Party (Bali Premium Trip):

• Vehicle Provision: The First Party is obligated to provide the vehicle in good condition and ready for use. The vehicle’s condition shall be acknowledged by both parties, and the handover process shall be conducted based on a mutually agreed inspection report.
• Vehicle Management: The First Party guarantees that the rented vehicle is under its management and remains its responsibility throughout the rental period.
• Return of Security Deposit: Upon completion of the rental period and provided that the vehicle is returned in good condition, the First Party shall return the original ID (or other document) submitted by the Second Party during the vehicle handover process.
• Handover Documentation: The First Party is required to document the vehicle handover process through photographs and/or videos as supporting evidence.

Obligations of the Second Party (Renter):

• Vehicle Care: The Second Party is responsible for taking proper care of the rented vehicle throughout the rental period. This includes ensuring that only Pertamax Turbo or other premium-grade fuel is used.
• Rental Payment: The Second Party must pay the full rental fee before the vehicle handover takes place.
• Security Deposit: The Second Party is required to pay a security deposit equivalent to one day's rental fee. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period, provided that the vehicle passes the final inspection and is returned in good condition.
• Submission of Identification: The Second Party must provide an original passport as security (for foreign nationals) or submit complete personal information along with a copy/photo of their national identity card (KTP) (for Indonesian citizens) to the First Party.
• Responsibility for Damages: If any damage occurs to the vehicle during the rental period, all repair costs shall be the responsibility of the Second Party, including any additional rental charges incurred during the repair period.
• No Insurance Coverage for Damages: The Second Party understands and acknowledges that vehicle damage is not covered by insurance, and all repair costs must be paid in full by the Second Party.
• Traffic Violations: Any fines, penalties, or charges resulting from traffic violations during the rental period shall be the sole responsibility of the Second Party.
• No Subleasing or Transfer: The Second Party is prohibited from transferring, assigning, or subleasing the vehicle to any third party without the prior written consent of the First Party.
• Compensation for Loss or Major Damage: If the vehicle is lost or sustains damage exceeding 50% of its value, the Second Party shall be required to fully compensate for or replace the vehicle within 2 (two) business days.
• Legal Action: The Second Party agrees to be subject to legal action in the event of a breach of any terms and conditions contained in this agreement.
• Restrictions on Vehicle Usage Areas: The Second Party is prohibited from operating the vehicle in off-road areas, beaches, racing tracks, flooded areas, or any other locations that may cause damage to the vehicle.
• Vehicle Repossession: If the Second Party violates any provision of this agreement, the First Party reserves the right to repossess the vehicle without requiring further consent from the Second Party.
