Payment & Currency Policy

For services provided and performed in Indonesia, the official final price, final invoice, and primary payment reference are issued in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Any USD or foreign currency amount displayed on selected pages is provided for international guest reference only. It is not the final transaction value.

The final transaction value will refer to the Indonesian Rupiah amount stated in Bali Premium Trip’s official invoice.

Many Bali Premium Trip guests come from outside Indonesia. For convenience, selected English pages or early-stage communications may display an estimated USD equivalent to help international guests understand the approximate price range.

USD equivalents may vary depending on exchange rates, bank charges, card issuer fees, and payment provider conversion mechanisms. The USD amount is only an estimate and does not replace the official Indonesian Rupiah price.

Payments may be processed through Bali Premium Trip’s official company bank account or authorized payment gateway. Payment methods may include:

• Indonesian bank transfer,
• virtual account,
• debit or credit card,
• payment gateway,
• international transfer through authorized payment providers,
• and other payment methods approved by the company.

If a guest uses an international card, overseas transfer, or international payment platform, any currency conversion is handled by the relevant bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Bali Premium Trip does not directly store sensitive payment card information unless such data is processed by an authorized payment provider according to its own security standards.

Bali Premium Trip operates as a luxury travel concierge and marketplace-style service provider, helping guests select, book, and coordinate premium services in Bali and Indonesia. Some services may involve third-party vendors or partners, including:

• private car rental and drivers,
• villas and accommodation,
• yacht/boat arrangements,
• helicopter operators,
• airport handling providers,
• tour operators, guides, and documentation teams,
• and other luxury experience vendors.

For vendor-based services, pricing may depend on availability, season, capacity, special requests, and partner terms. The final invoice to the guest will follow Bali Premium Trip’s official payment procedure.

After the service, date, availability, and booking details are confirmed, Bali Premium Trip will issue an official invoice or payment instruction.

The final invoice for services in Indonesia will be issued in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Any USD or foreign currency amount shown before confirmation is only an estimate for international guest convenience.

Payment is considered valid only when made to Bali Premium Trip’s official company bank account, official payment link, or verified payment channel confirmed by Bali Premium Trip’s reservation team.

Bali Premium Trip is not a money changer, foreign exchange provider, or currency trading service.

Our services focus on travel concierge, premium experience arrangements, transportation, tours, and vendor coordination.

If currency conversion occurs due to the use of an international card, overseas transfer, or international payment gateway, the conversion is handled by the relevant bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

To protect our guests, payments should only be made to official company accounts, official payment links, or verified payment methods provided through Bali Premium Trip’s official communication channels.

Guests are advised not to send payments to personal bank accounts or unverified third parties.

Bali Premium Trip is not responsible for payments sent to unauthorized parties, unverified accounts, or payment instructions that do not come from Bali Premium Trip’s official channels.

Service prices may be affected by taxes, platform fees, bank charges, card fees, vendor fees, travel season, availability, and special guest requests.

If any tax, additional fee, or vendor-related price adjustment applies, the information will be communicated to the guest before the final invoice is issued.

Refund, reschedule, and cancellation terms depend on the type of service, booking date, vendor policy, and payment terms agreed upon at the time of confirmation.

For services involving third-party vendors, refund and cancellation policies may follow the relevant vendor’s terms.
