The renter must possess a valid Driver’s License (SIM) and an ID card (KTP) or Passport.
Late return of the vehicle will incur an additional fee of 10% per hour of the rental price.
Renters are not allowed to take the vehicle outside the island of Bali without the owner’s permission.
The rental fee must be paid in full (100%) upfront.
Cancellations by the renter will incur a 50% charge of the rental price.
Driving under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs (narcotics and similar substances) is strictly prohibited.
Renters must check their belongings before returning the vehicle. Any items left behind will not be the owner’s responsibility.

Can I extend the rental duration for the Mercy GLS 450?

You can extend the rental period for the Mercy GLS 450 up to 8 hours before the return time. The extension fee will be based on the prior agreement. The overtime charge per hour is 10% of the rental price.
