CANCELLATION

• 1. If participants cancel, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be moved or rescheduled, but participants may transfer their spot to someone else.
• 2. Cancellations due to Force Majeure (natural disasters, bad weather, civil unrest, disease outbreaks, government regulations, or other unavoidable events) will allow for trip changes or cancellation without refunds.
• 3. Participants arriving late to the meeting point and delaying the itinerary are considered to have resigned, and no refunds will be issued.
  
  

RESPONSIBILITY

• 1. BaliPremium Trip is not liable for flight changes or cancellations, baggage loss/damage by airlines or hotels, personal losses during the trip, or itinerary changes due to Force Majeure.
• 2. Participants are liable for any loss/damage to trip facilities lent to them and must reimburse as necessary.
• 3. Participants must follow the tour leader’s instructions and cannot make independent decisions without BaliPremium Trip’s approval.
• 4. BaliPremium Trip reserves the right to expel any participant found using illegal drugs or causing disruption, with no refund.
