Published full-day charters run USD 990.90–997.65 per boat including crew, fuel, snorkeling equipment, lunch, entrance tickets and insurance — a clean per-head arithmetic for finance teams. Larger productions (branding, AV, catering upgrades, photographer) are quoted as line items on top.

Every offsite planner knows the failure mode of the hotel meeting room: the same faces around the same table, phones under the table, energy gone by 14:00. A vessel changes the physics of the day. The structure holds two genuine work blocks while the sea does what no ballroom can: reset attention. Agendas flex to your facilitator’s plan, conditions are confirmed with the captain the day before, and a sheltered-route wet-weather variant is always prepared alongside the primary plan.
