CANCELLATION

1. If participants cancel, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be moved or rescheduled, but participants may transfer their spot to someone else.
2. Cancellations due to Force Majeure (natural disasters, bad weather, civil unrest, disease outbreaks, government regulations, or other unavoidable events) will allow for trip changes or cancellation without refunds.
3. Participants arriving late to the meeting point and delaying the itinerary are considered to have resigned, and no refunds will be issued.

RESPONSIBILITY

1. BaliPremium Trip is not liable for flight changes or cancellations, baggage loss/damage by airlines or hotels, personal losses during the trip, or itinerary changes due to Force Majeure.
2. Participants are liable for any loss/damage to trip facilities lent to them and must reimburse as necessary.
3. Participants must follow the tour leader’s instructions and cannot make independent decisions without BaliPremium Trip’s approval.
4. BaliPremium Trip reserves the right to expel any participant found using illegal drugs or causing disruption, with no refund.

By participating, guests agree to these terms and conditions, confirming that they have read and understood them.
