Terms and Conditions for Vehicle Rental with Bali Premium Trip:
Obligations and Responsibilities

 

Obligations of the First Party (Bali Premium Trip):

1. Provision of the Vehicle: The First Party is obligated to provide the vehicle in good, ready-to-use condition. The vehicle’s condition will be acknowledged by both parties, and the handover will be conducted based on an agreed-upon report.

2. Vehicle Management: The First Party guarantees that the rented vehicle is under its management and responsibility during the rental period.

3. Return of Security Deposit: After the rental period ends and the vehicle is returned in good condition, the First Party will return the original ID (or any other guarantee documents) provided by the Second Party at the time of vehicle handover.

4. Handover Documentation: The First Party reserves the right to document the vehicle handover process in the form of photos or videos as evidence.

 

Obligations of the Second Party (Renter):

1. Vehicle Maintenance: The Second Party is responsible for properly maintaining the rented vehicle during the rental period. This includes ensuring that only Pertamax Turbo or equivalent high-quality fuel is used.

2. Payment of Rental Fees: The Second Party must pay the full rental fee before the vehicle handover.

3. Security Deposit: The Second Party is required to pay a security deposit equivalent to one day’s rental fee, which will be refunded after the rental period ends, provided the vehicle passes the final inspection and is in good condition.

4. Submission of Identification: The Second Party must submit an original passport as a guarantee (for foreign nationals) or provide complete personal data along with a photo of their ID card (for Indonesian citizens) to the First Party.

5. Liability for Damages: If any damage occurs to the vehicle during the rental period, all repair costs are the responsibility of the Second Party, including any additional rental fees incurred during the repair period.

6. Non-Insurance Claim: The Second Party understands that any damage to the vehicle is not covered by insurance, and all repair costs must be fully paid by the Second Party.

7. Traffic Violations: Any fines or fees arising from traffic violations during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the Second Party.

8. Prohibition on Subletting: The Second Party is prohibited from transferring or subletting the vehicle to any third party without the prior written consent of the First Party.

9. Compensation for Loss or Major Damage: If the vehicle is lost or suffers damage exceeding 50% of its value, the Second Party is obligated to fully replace the vehicle within 2 business days.

10. Legal Action: The Second Party agrees to face legal action if any terms of this agreement are violated.

11. Prohibited Areas: The Second Party is prohibited from using the vehicle in off-road areas or beach areas that may cause damage to the vehicle.

12. Vehicle Repossession: If the Second Party violates any of the terms of this agreement, the First Party reserves the right to repossess the vehicle without further consent from the Second Party.
