Payment can be made via the following methods:

Obligations of the First Party (Bali Premium Trip):

• Vehicle Provision: The First Party is obligated to provide the vehicle in good and ready-to-use condition. The vehicle condition will be acknowledged by both parties, and handover will be conducted based on the agreed report.
• Vehicle Management: The First Party guarantees that the rented vehicle is under its management and responsibility during the rental period.
• Security Deposit Return: After the rental period ends and the vehicle is returned in good condition, the First Party will return the original ID (or other documents) submitted by the Second Party during vehicle handover.
• Handover Documentation: The First Party is obligated to document the vehicle handover process in the form of photos or videos as evidence.

Obligations of the Second Party (Renter):

• Vehicle Maintenance: The Second Party is responsible for maintaining the rented vehicle properly during the rental period. This includes ensuring that only Pertamax Turbo or other high-quality fuel is used.
• Rental Fee Payment: The Second Party must pay the full rental fee before vehicle handover.
• Security Deposit: The Second Party is required to pay a security deposit equivalent to one day's rental fee, which will be returned after the rental period ends, provided the vehicle passes final inspection and is in good condition.
• Identity Submission: The Second Party must submit the original passport as collateral (for foreign nationals) or provide complete personal data along with ID card photo (for Indonesian nationals) to the First Party.
• Damage Liability: If damage occurs to the vehicle during the rental period, all repair costs become the responsibility of the Second Party, including additional rental costs during the repair period.
• No Insurance Claims: The Second Party understands that damage to the vehicle is not covered by insurance, and all repair costs must be paid in full by the Second Party.
• Traffic Violations: All fines or costs arising from traffic violations during the rental period are the full responsibility of the Second Party.
• Subcontract Prohibition: The Second Party is prohibited from transferring or subletting the vehicle to a third party without written approval from the First Party.
• Compensation for Loss or Major Damage: If the vehicle is lost or damaged more than 50% of its value, the Second Party must replace the vehicle in full within 2 working days.
• Legal Action: The Second Party agrees to face legal action if any terms of this agreement are violated.
• Covered Areas: The Second Party is only allowed to use the vehicle in off-road areas or beaches that may cause damage to the vehicle.
• Vehicle Repossession: If the Second Party violates any terms in this agreement, the First Party has the right to repossess the vehicle without further approval from the Second Party.
