Can I extend the rental duration for the Fortuner?

You can extend the rental period for the Fortuner up to 8 hours before the return time. The extension fee will be based on the prior agreement. The overtime charge per hour is 10% of the rental price.

Unfortunately, changing the reserved car is not allowed. However, if the vehicle experiences any issues on our part, we are willing to replace it with a car of the same type and rental price.

No refunds will be given for unilateral cancellations, but we strive to offer a win-win solution.

Can I rent a car without a driver's license and identification?

No, you must present a valid driver’s license and identification when reserving a car.

Is there an additional fee for returning the car at a different location from the agreed one?

Yes, we will charge an additional fee if you wish to return the vehicle at a different location from the original agreement. The delivery fee can be paid directly to the driver or via bank transfer.
