Renting a Classic Vespa Sidecar can be your unique choice for a holiday in Bali.

The Vespa is a favorite among vintage or classic style enthusiasts. Whether for riding around Canggu, Seminyak, or Ubud, or for advertising photoshoots, pre-weddings, or fashion brands.

This scooter can accommodate up to 3 passengers and is available for self-drive rentals starting from 2 hours or 24 hours.

In addition to the Classic Vespa Sidecar, there are also other classic vehicles available, such as the VW Beetle and VW Safari.

  1. The renter must possess a valid Driver’s License (SIM) and an ID card (KTP) or Passport.
  2. Late return of the vehicle will incur an additional fee of 10% per hour of the rental price.
  3. Renters are not allowed to take the vehicle outside the island of Bali without the owner’s permission.
  4. The rental fee must be paid in full (100%) upfront.
  5. Cancellations by the renter will incur a 50% charge of the rental price.
  6. Driving under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs (narcotics and similar substances) is strictly prohibited.
  7. Renters must check their belongings before returning the vehicle. Any items left behind will not be the owner’s responsibility.

You have two convenient payment methods to choose from: Bank Transfer or Instapay. Below are the step-by-step tutorials for each option.

Step 1: Choose Payment Method

Option 1: Bank Transfer

  1. Open Your Banking App/Website: Access your bank’s mobile app or online banking platform.
  2. Enter Transfer Details:

  5. Send Payment Confirmation: After making the transfer, please send the payment receipt to us via WhatsApp at +62 811 3809 193.
  6. Receive Confirmation: We will send you an invoice within 1 business day once the payment is confirmed.

Option 2: Instapay For faster and easier payments, you can use Instapay, which offers several convenient options for local and international customers. Step-by-Step Guide for Instapay:

A.  Click on the Instapay Link: Open the payment portal using the Instapay link provided by Bali Premium Trip.

B. Select Your Preferred Payment Method: Instapay offers several payment options:

A. Paying with Credit/Debit Card

  1. Select Credit/Debit Card as your payment method.
  2. Enter your Card Number, Expiration Date, and CVV Code (3 digits on the back of your card).
  3. Review the payment amount and press Pay Now.
  4. You may be required to complete additional verification from your card provider.
  5. Once the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation on-screen and via email or WhatsApp.

B. Direct Bank Transfer via Instapay

  1. Select the Direct Bank Transfer option from Instapay.
  2. Choose your bank from the list of available banks.
  3. You will be redirected to your bank’s website. Log in with your bank credentials and complete the transfer.
  4. Once the transfer is successful, you will receive a payment confirmation on-screen and via email or WhatsApp.

Step 2: Payment Confirmation
After making the payment, regardless of the method chosen, please send the payment receipt to us via WhatsApp at +62 811 3809 193.

Step 3: Invoice

 We will send you an official invoice within 1 business day after receiving the payment confirmation. (if it’s on weekend, the invoice will be send on Monday)

Terms and Conditions for Vehicle Rental with Bali Premium Trip: Obligations and Responsibilities

Obligations of the First Party (Bali Premium Trip):

  1. Provision of the Vehicle: The First Party is obligated to provide the vehicle in good, ready-to-use condition. The vehicle’s condition will be acknowledged by both parties, and the handover will be conducted based on an agreed-upon report.
  2. Vehicle Management: The First Party guarantees that the rented vehicle is under its management and responsibility during the rental period.
  3. Return of Security Deposit: After the rental period ends and the vehicle is returned in good condition, the First Party will return the original ID (or any other guarantee documents) provided by the Second Party at the time of vehicle handover.
  4. Handover Documentation: The First Party reserves the right to document the vehicle handover process in the form of photos or videos as evidence.

 

Obligations of the Second Party (Renter):

  1. Vehicle Maintenance: The Second Party is responsible for properly maintaining the rented vehicle during the rental period. This includes ensuring that only Pertamax Turbo or equivalent high-quality fuel is used.
  2. Payment of Rental Fees: The Second Party must pay the full rental fee before the vehicle handover.
  3. Security Deposit: The Second Party is required to pay a security deposit equivalent to one day’s rental fee, which will be refunded after the rental period ends, provided the vehicle passes the final inspection and is in good condition.
  4. Submission of Identification: The Second Party must submit an original passport as a guarantee (for foreign nationals) or provide complete personal data along with a photo of their ID card (for Indonesian citizens) to the First Party.
  5. Liability for Damages: If any damage occurs to the vehicle during the rental period, all repair costs are the responsibility of the Second Party, including any additional rental fees incurred during the repair period.
  6. Non-Insurance Claim: The Second Party understands that any damage to the vehicle is not covered by insurance, and all repair costs must be fully paid by the Second Party.
  7. Traffic Violations: Any fines or fees arising from traffic violations during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the Second Party.
  8. Prohibition on Subletting: The Second Party is prohibited from transferring or subletting the vehicle to any third party without the prior written consent of the First Party.
  9. Compensation for Loss or Major Damage: If the vehicle is lost or suffers damage exceeding 50% of its value, the Second Party is obligated to fully replace the vehicle within 2 business days.
  10. Legal Action: The Second Party agrees to face legal action if any terms of this agreement are violated.
  11. Prohibited Areas: The Second Party is prohibited from using the vehicle in off-road areas or beach areas that may cause damage to the vehicle.
  12. Vehicle Repossession: If the Second Party violates any of the terms of this agreement, the First Party reserves the right to repossess the vehicle without further consent from the Second Party.

You can extend the rental period for the Vespa Sespan no later than 8 hours before the return time. The extension fee will be based on the agreed terms. For overtime, the hourly fee is 10% of the rental price.
